Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage you were charged), providing that you meet the following terms and conditions. Note that return postage costs are non-refundable and remain your responsibility.

1. Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
2. Items returned must remain unused and in their original packaging
3. Faulty or damaged items must be declared within 24 hours of receipt
4. Received and inspected items bear no evidence of damage or of use/misuse

If the following occurs, you will NOT be entitled to a refund

1. Items are returned beyond 30 days from the date of purchase
2. Non-declared items are damaged or show evidence of use/misuse
3. Items are not returned in their original packaging
4. Damaged or faulty items are not declared to us prior to return
5. If the consignment is stolen from your doorstep
6. If we suspect fraudulent means have been used to obtain a refund

We reserve the right to withhold a refund for any justifiable reason (which will be carefully explained and set out to the customer at the time), if we feel it necessary to do so. For example, if we were provided with inaccurate delivery information (such as an address) and the parcel is lost in transit as a result or is delivered to the wrong recipient.
