Panigale V4S Unica
Strip Down
No going back once we strip down a brand new Panigale V4S, to its engine in just two days.
Cerakoting
A lot of effort went into customising some of the stock parts and sub-assemblies on the bike, such as cerakoting.
Billet Aluminium
We selected a number of special parts to go on to the project bike, including a raft of billet aluminium accessories.
Carbon Fibre
We selected a number of carbon fibre parts to go on to the project bike, including Fullsix, Ilmberger & Lieb Speed.
Frame & Engine
Initial build up, starting with the engine and airbox, then mating the frame and engine together for the first time.
Suspension
With the engine and frame re-united, it's now time to turn our attention to the suspension components.
Cooling System
Assembling the cooling system included the main radiator, oil cooler, electric fans, shrouds & expansion tanks.
